Garchomp is a Dragon/Ground type Physical attackign Pokemon it has outstanding physical capabilities and paired with items it is terribly strong. This pokemon is only avaliable in Diamond and Pearl you find its first form Gabite in Wayward Cave. This Pokemon is really strong when fighting if it is trained correctly and it also has outstanding speed as well. This Pokemon is extremely weak to Ice and Dragon Type Attacks. This pokemon would be great for any pokemon trained whether Beginner or Veteran to use in Battle it is very Outstanding and it will not fail you. If this Pokemon is EV(Effort Points) trained correctly it would be a great Pokemon(Effort Points are what you train your Pokemon in to make it stronger each Pokemon give a Effort point to a particular stat)
